Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

A very foggy day as seen from the Bay Street Bridge
I was on the Bay Street bridge the other day and I was stunned at how thick the fog was, I have rarely seen it this thick.
