Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

I like this video because it is not a slick central party campaign video, but a simple short and to the point explanation on why to vote for Green Donald Galloway in the current federal by-election.
